Material
Why stainless suits this work
Stainless surfaces can be cleaned and sanitised repeatedly without degrading, which matters where a wash-down happens every day rather than every quarter.
There is no coating or lining to chip and expose a substrate — a scratch in stainless is still stainless.
The materials we use are FDA-approved, tasteless and odorless, so a tank does not impart anything to what passes through it.

How to start a project
- 1Describe the applicationWhat the vessel holds, how much of it, and the temperature and pressure it sees. If you do not know all of that yet, tell us what you do know.
- 2Send dimensions or a drawingA layout sheet, a CAD file, a sketch or a photo of the space with measurements — any of these work. Our layout sheets are free to download.
- 3We quote and confirmGrade, finish, pressure test and fitting locations get confirmed in writing before anything is cut.

Animal Health: common questions
Can you build a vessel to fit existing equipment?
Yes. Send the dimensions you have to work within and the port locations you need. Building around an existing skid or frame is routine work for us.
Do you make replacement tanks for discontinued equipment?
We do. If you can give us the old tank, its dimensions, or the space it came out of, we can fabricate a stainless replacement.
