Cut once, cut the same every time
We use CNC cutting for tank components, brackets, flanges, plates, mounting hardware and decorative work. It feeds directly into the rest of the shop: a part cut in the morning can be welded into a vessel the same week, without shipping it somewhere else and back.
It is also what makes intricate work practical. Cut lettering, logos and pierced decorative panels are straightforward on a CNC table and awkward by hand, which is why a fair amount of our architectural and restaurant work starts here.

Why it matters
Where CNC pays for itself
Repeatability
Part number four hundred is identical to part number one. That matters when components have to interchange or when an assembly has to go together without fettling.
Complex geometry
Internal cutouts, tight radii and fine detail that would be slow and inconsistent by hand come off the table clean.
Material efficiency
Nesting parts on a sheet reduces the drop, which shows up in the price on any job with more than a couple of pieces. Every scrap of stainless we do generate is recycled.
CNC fabrication: common questions
What file formats do you accept?
Send whatever you have. A CAD file is ideal, but a dimensioned drawing, a PDF or a clean sketch will get us to a quote. If you only have a physical part, send that — we can work from it.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single part is fine. Repeat runs are where CNC really earns its keep, because every piece comes off identical, but we are not going to turn away a one-off.
Can you cut lettering and decorative shapes?
Yes. Cut lettering, logos and decorative panel work are all things we do, and they are a large part of why customers come to us for architectural stainless rather than just tanks.
Do you finish the parts after cutting?
We can. Cut parts can be deburred and finished, and we offer Mill, Soft Swirl and High Luster finishes on the stainless work we produce. Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend a finish.
Can CNC parts be combined with a fabricated assembly?
That is the usual case. Cut components get welded into vessels, frames and assemblies in the same shop, which removes the coordination problem of having parts cut in one place and assembled in another.
